chocolate covered oreos

I've been seeing chocolate covered oreos everywhere these days for parties and events.  I did a google search on how to make them- I know it doesn't seem that complicated chocolate and oreos!  I found this tutorial by Amanda's Parties To Go on how to make them.  Seems easy enough. I didn't want to tackle the chocolate transfer sheet topper this round...just keeping it plain with chocolate.  I ordered my mold from Lori's Candy Station.

Pretty simple...melt your chocolate melts...pour a bit into the bottom of the mold...squish in a double stuffed oreo...pour more chocolate...tap and put in the fridge.

The result...an over the top delicious cookie!
